Client

A large European and UK Group employing approximately 2500 plus people in their own on shore contact centres.

Goal

Their objective to increase the value of the company as they are primarily owned by a large investment fund.

Target

The delivery plan is to migrate a total of 1,000 to 1,500 staff to SA, increasing numbers monthly by replacing the natural attrition of staff in the UK with off shore staff. As people leave there is a turnover of staff those staff are replaced in South Africa to avoid any backlash on redundancies etc

Result

They estimate that once at the desired capacity they will save around 10-12 million pounds each year on their operating costs which will therefore be directly reflected on their bottom line and EBITDA, with no downside as productivity and sales have been proven to increase with the quality of SA staff.

They value the company at a 12 times multiple of EBITDA, so the increase in value will be between £120M to £144M plus.
